Refund policy

Due to the nature of digital downloads, we offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. If you find any issues with a product, please get in touch within 14 days to let us know. By completing a purchase, you agree that the issuance of a refund will be made at the sole discretion of the Mystic Alankar Staff and that all decisions made by the Mystic Alankar Staff are final. 

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 


Returns

We do not accept return or exchange of digital products unless the product is proven to be defective, not as described or is a duplicate purchase. Duplicate purchases are defined by the rules stated in this refund policy. 


Refunds (if applicable)

We are happy to issue a refund if your product is proven to be defective, not as described or a duplicate purchase.

Additionally, certain products have a 100% money back guarantee clearly displayed on the product page. So if you have purchased such a product and are not happy with it for any reason, you are eligible to request a refund and it will be processed within 30 days.

Once your return/refund request has been sent, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.

You agree to delete the product from your device/s if a refund is granted and understand that any licenses will be revoked. 

However, Mystic Alankar does not refund products, if:

  • You no longer need the purchased product.
  • You found another product you like better or you’ve changed your mind
  • You intended to purchase a different product or purchased the product by accident
  • You cannot use the product due to hardware limitations
  • You cannot use the product due to software limitations
  • You cannot use the product due to insufficient knowledge / know-how
  • We do not make any guarantees for product use with cracked or illegally downloaded software.
  • If a customer purchases a bundle that includes products they already own, no partial refunds or make-ups will be given. All bundle offers are sold on an ‘as-is’ basis. No refunds will be entertained.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@mysticalankar.com. 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only exchange products that are proven to be defective, not as described or are a duplicate purchase. If you wish to request an exchange of a product, send us an email at support@mysticalankar.com. If eligible on the basis of reasonable causes mentioned above, your request will be considered. 

Duplicate Purchase (if applicable)

A purchase is registered as a duplicate purchase only if you ordered the same individual digital product twice from mysticalankar.com at the regular list price. In this circumstance you are eligible for a refund of the duplicate purchase. 

If you bought a product on sale, bought a bundle of products containing a product you already purchased earlier or if you re-purchased a product already purchased in a bundle offer, this scenario doesn't count as a duplicate purchase. In this circumstance you are not eligible for a refund of the duplicate purchase. 

For eligible duplicate purchases, a refund will only be issued after proof of prior purchase is provided. Mystic Alankar will only refund the latest purchase.
